No word from the gyno office about submitting a preauth, so I send a portal message to my doctor asking her to complete it. Communication has been pretty lacking from the office at this point, and I’m a little irritated at all the follow-up I need to do. I know I also need to schedule a pre-op appointment with my doctor so I call to do that. They schedule me 2 weeks before the surgery, April 16. I remind myself to check and make sure she’s submitted the preauth at that time.
